Here’s my knitting tool kit so far. There are some gorgeous Dani (Tesoro) hand-made stitch markers in there, my KP Options set, a crochet hook, some cable needles, and the regular knitting stuffs. Ahem. Books: Atlas Shrugged, The Amber Spyglass, The Chocolate War, a Spanish Dictionary, books by Cooper (?), I think near the dictionary is the DaVinci Code and a book by Jodi Picoult.

Two copies of the Chocolate War? The S&B design journal, something by Dickens, Cassell’s Spanish Dictionary, and a spanish verb dictionary one book down, The DaVinci Code, Atlas Shrugged, the Amber Spyglass, The Ultimate Book of Kama Sutra Poses, and Fun with Cake Batter. Ok, I made those last two up.
Tess of the D’Urbervilles (one of my favorites), Atlas Shrugged, Vanity Fair, The Chocolate War, The Amber Spyglass, something by Charles Dickens, something by Anita Shreve (is it A Wedding in December?), The Ultimate Somethingrorother, Cassell’s Spanish Dictionary, The Davinci Code, and on the top shelf I think I saw S & B Journal, Catcher in the Rye, and a Winnie the Pooh Book of Quotations.
Top shelf: Some collection of stories and something by someoe named “Danny”. I think I see a Dave Eggers book, and that does look like Catcher in the Rye, or it looks like my copy at least.
Second row: The Prince by Niccolo Machiavelli maybe?- a Dicken’s book, Tess of the D’urbervilles, Atlas Shugged, Vanity Fair, two (2) copies of The Chocolate War, the Amber Spyglass, and The Dark is Rising sequence by Susan Cooper!
Third row: Cassell’s Spanish Dictonary and something by Anita Shreve? There’s also Fun with … something – and that makes me very curious indeed. Fun with what?? And The Ultimate WHAT?? I’m dyin’ here. HELP!
i am amazed that people can figure out which books are on the top shelf in the photograph with less than an inch of the books showing. i see all the ones everyone else has pointed out, however on the bottom shelf do you have a john irving book on it? (fifth from the left) anyways great shots for this weeks “tools” assignment.
